I value clinical excellence and provide relationally-focused therapy along with advanced training in psychotherapy methods (e.g. CBT, psychodynamic, trauma, attachment theory, neuroscience, humanistic/client centered, “parts work”).  We work together to alleviate anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms through a positive, growth-oriented process grounded in the philosophy that everyone is seeking wholeness.  Perhaps you are suffering from an illness or condition that has shaken your sense of identity, made you feel invisible, demoralized, or hopeless. Or perhaps you need someone to talk to in an environment where it is safe to share your feelings and struggles without fear of judgement. I offer support, hope, and help while you deal with whatever challenges you may be having. Through the therapeutic process, together we lay the groundwork for you to move towards growth and healing.
